About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager (PMO) to directly support senior executives and project leaders. This role is responsible for cross-department coordination, project management, resource integration, and executive-level support, ensuring the efficient execution of the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management Support – Track and oversee progress of key projects, coordinate resources across departments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Executive Assistance – Manage schedules, prepare meeting minutes, handle documentation, and facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Cross-Department Coordination – Serve as a bridge between executives and various teams to ensure smooth decision execution.
  • External Relations – Assist in maintaining relationships with government agencies, media, and business partners.
  • Decision Support – Collect, organize, and analyze business data to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Filipino-Chinese nationality, graduate of a top local or international university (UP, Ateneo, La Salle, UST, or QS Top 500 institutions)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, Executive Assistant, Corporate Strategy, or senior-level Administrative roles
  • Skilled in executive communication, meeting & travel management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments

Preferred Experience

  • Background in multinational companies, large corporations, or industries such as iGaming, Internet, Finance, Real Estate, or Consulting
  • Familiarity with the Philippine and Southeast Asian business environment and networks
