Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Manager to oversee the design and execution of showroom and office projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, with expertise in architectural design, space planning, and construction processes. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for showroom and office design projects.

Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to create innovative and functional designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Management: Oversee construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.

Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including design changes, delays, or resource constraints.

Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and next steps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or design industry, with a focus on showroom and office projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Taguig and BGC.
Preferred Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience with sustainable design practices.
Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
