Job Description:ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant

  • Provide process and technical consulting service to clients in deciding roadmap for business need.

Generate sales leads working with sales team.

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business-focused testing, and training.
  • Lead workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.
  • Build client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and present to a high standard of quality, including customer demonstrations, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.
  • Experience with advanced object-oriented programming principles, leading discussions with client technical teams.
  • Mentor and train more junior members of the team.
  • Build active client demonstrations that enable customers to view the product and visualize how it will meet their objectives.
  • Help drive the estimation of the effort to realize the implementation of the proposed solution.
  • Establish deep and lasting relationships with clients and team members to enhance the reputation of DXC as an advisor of choice.
  • Mandatory Certified ServiceNow Administrator, CIS-ITSM, and Certified Application Developer.
