About the role

VI Hub Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Presales Consultant / Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation projects by providing technical expertise, solution design, and pre-sales support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into comprehensive Salesforce-based solutions
  • Conducting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations to prospective clients
  • Translating complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations
  • Supporting the sales team in responding to RFPs and preparing proposals
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to the implementation team during project delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Presales, Solution Engineering, or Consulting role
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, architecture, and development tools
  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering successful Salesforce implementations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customisation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
