Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Virtual Assistant
with at least
5 years of experience
in digital marketing, automation, and client management. The ideal candidate excels at systemizing online operations—creating funnels, automating email campaigns, managing social media, and ensuring a seamless client journey from lead to loyal customer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Management

  • Curate, design, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create and manage a 90-day social media content calendar.
  • Write AI-assisted copy for posts, emails, and campaigns (quotes, testimonials, how-tos, promotions, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and report on performance metrics.
  • Conduct competitor research and market surveys to inform content strategy.

2. Lead Generation & Funnel Building

  • Build high-converting landing pages and lead magnet funnels.
  • Write and optimize landing page copy, design graphics, and integrate opt-in forms.
  • Connect funnels to automated email sequences and CRM systems.
  • Track and report on funnel performance metrics.

3. Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns

  • Develop automated, personalized email nurtures to convert leads into clients.
  • Create and manage ongoing newsletters and promotional email campaigns.
  • Segment lists, analyze performance data, and refine email strategies for conversion.

4. Sales & Conversion Systems

  • Build and manage appointment booking calendars and sales call systems.
  • Automate pre- and post-consult email nurtures to increase close rates.
  • Implement and maintain payment funnels for 24/7 client onboarding.
  • Manage CRM pipelines and track lead progress.

5. Client Delivery & Retention

  • Streamline client onboarding with automated questionnaires, emails, and booking links.
  • Manage online courses, coaching call calendars, and client Facebook groups.
  • Create resources (slide decks, PDFs, worksheets) to support client programs.
  • Monitor client engagement and satisfaction.

6. Upselling, Referrals & Testimonials

  • Build and execute email campaigns to upsell or cross-sell services.
  • Identify satisfied clients for testimonials and referrals.
  • Manage surveys and collect client feedback to enhance social proof.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of proven experience
    as a Virtual Assistant or Online Business Manager.
  • Strong background in
    digital marketing
    ,
    funnel building
    , and
    email automation
    .
  • Proficiency with tools such as
    Canva, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, ConvertKit
    , or similar platforms.
  • Excellent
    copywriting and content curation
    skills (AI-assisted writing experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of
    social media management
    and
    analytics tracking
    .
  • Experience managing
    online courses

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to create SOPs for repeatable processes.
