JOB SUMMARY: As a Finance and Accounting Supervisor you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of Baesa. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial records, implementing effective financial controls, and providing strategic guidance to the finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA is highly preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Finance or Accounting Supervisor, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation regulations in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Solid leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
