Job description
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, and responding to emails.

  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital office files and records.

  • Perform accurate data entry and manage company documents and filing systems.

  • Prepare and format various documents including reports, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Assist in coordinating internal events and meetings; provide support in logistics and deployment of employee assets prior to onboarding.

  • Source suppliers and assist in procurement processes or special project requirements.

  • Ensure that administrative practices comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Provide general support to the HR and Admin teams, including handling ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A graduate of any four-year course.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
