  • Shift: Shifting (Morning/Mid/Graveyard) depending on business needs
  • Target start date: Dec-1 but open to consider 30-day notice period

Qualifications:

  • Strong Service Desk background
  • Experience using Service Now
  • Experience providing chat and voice support for Mandarin and English markets
  • Above average communication skills
  • Education: Completed at least 2nd year in College

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
