Work closely with the talent acquisition/recruitment team, supporting the sourcing of talent for teams and functions across the business. Provides administration support to teams, supporting the end-end talent process.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supports in the posting of advertisements to promote live vacancies across relevant social media and job boards.
  • Monitors and generates reports supporting hiring activity, running through recruitment tools/systems.
  • Assists the team with bespoke campaigns to address equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and referral activity.
  • Provides training to new team members with use of recruitment systems.
  • Obtains data stored outside of recruitment systems to merge into a standard set of reports.
  • Provides support to the recruitment team when attending recruitment fairs.
  • Provide first line support to applicants and managers, responding promptly to queries.
  • Arranging interviews, booking rooms and preparing supporting paperwork and documentation.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

  • Previous experience in generating recruitment reports.
  • Requisition creation and management.
  • Formatting job descriptions and posting in career websites.
  • Interview scheduling.

You'll also have:

  • Previous administration experience in a recruitment team.
  • Good knowledge in using applicant tracking systems, SharePoint and Oracle.
  • Understanding where data is stored outside of recruitment systems.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills at all levels.
