Executive Assistant to CEO

We are building a global sports and entertainment ecosystem spanning leagues, athlete programs, facilities, apparel, and media rights. To keep this machine moving, our CEO is looking for a high-performance Executive Assistant - a right hand who can handle speed, pressure, and complexity.
What You'll Do
- Be the Gatekeeper: Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel - ensuring time is spent on most critical opportunities.
- Own the Flow of Work: Track deliverables across multiple ventures (leagues, athlete programs, apparel, sports content licensing). Make sure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Project Execution: Assist in preparing decks, contracts, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders (clubs, federations, brands, betting platforms, investors).
- Communication Hub: Draft correspondence, coordinate across teams, and represent the CEO professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Anticipate & Solve: Identify upcoming needs, flag issues before they escalate, and keep the CEO two step ahead.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a fast-paced operations role.
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail - you thrive on order in chaos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English required; additional languages a plus)
- Tech savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, project tools; bonus if comfortable with decks, contracts, and light data work in Sheets/Excel.
- High discretion and emotional intelligence - trusted to handle sensitive deals and relationships.
- Adaptable to a non-traditional schedule (global calls, last-minute deadlines, event-based work).
