Overview:

This position serves as a key point of contact for HR systems and process execution, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services across the organization. This role combines expertise in HR systems, data management, and employee services to support daily operations, benefits administration, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a subject matter expert for the organization's HR systems (Workday, UKG Dimensions, ServiceNow, and Hyland OnBase), with a deep understanding of how these platforms interact to support HR processes and employee needs.
  • Provides advanced support and issue resolution for HR system users by troubleshooting, testing new processes, and ensuring system data integrity.
  • Serves as the escalation point for complex inquiries related to benefits and retirement, including processing vendor files, reviewing funding reports, and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Executes a range of HR transactions within Workday, such as employment changes, benefits updates, and organizational movements.
  • Prepares and maintains HR documentation related to employment status, service dates, benefits eligibility, and related records.
  • Ensures accurate and confidential maintenance of employee personnel files and provides documentation during audits or regulatory reviews (e.g., Joint Commission or other compliance bodies).
  • Builds effective partnerships with employees, managers, HR colleagues, vendors, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR service experiences.
  • Collaborates closely with COEs to understand new HR initiatives, assist in implementation, and provide ongoing operational support.
  • Participates in the execution of recurring HR programs, such as annual benefits enrollment or other company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds service delivery standards, including SLAs and KPIs, ensuring a high level of quality and timeliness in all HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using HR systems such as Workday, UKG, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across employee lifecycle management, benefits, and records administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Experience in a shared services or multinational company is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
