JOB SUMMARY

The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our diverse range of interior fitout and construction projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. PROJECT PLANNING

  2. Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  3. Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and resource availability.

2.EXECUTION

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  • Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

4.QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.

  • REPORTING

  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and clients.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the interior fitout or construction industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • With Construction Occupational Safety and Health ( COSH) certification
  • Site Development experience is a plus.
