Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assists the Project Engineer in the regular monitoring of manpower on site, materials and equipment.

· Generates and maintains relevant files including required records from Operations, Motorpool, Human Resources, and Warehouse:

o Daily Time Record (DTR), Overtime Slip, Leave Form

o Operating Time Record (OTR), Trip Ticket, Fuel Issuance Slip

o Quarry Form, Delivery Receipt, RMC (during onsite concrete batching)

o Incident/Accident Report

· Coordinates with respective heads for the following issues and concerns on site:

o Manpower

o Repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities

o Equipment parts and materials

o Construction materials

o Safety and security

o All other project site related concerns

· Submits all required reports/records on time to concerned Departments.

· Monitors time in and time out of all project site personnel including overtime activities.

· Attends and documents minutes of toolbox meetings.

· Monitors availability of all construction materials on site.

· Facilitates delivery of materials on site.

· Ensures proper handling and safekeeping of materials, hand tools, and power tools.

· Maintains Inventory Bin Cards and conducts regular physical counts.

· Acts as custodian of project site equipment and facilities.

· Strictly enforces and implements Health and Safety programs (No-Smoking, Anti-Drug Free Workplace, Alcoholic Drinks and Gambling Prohibitions, among others).

· Strictly prohibits bunker's occupancy by non-project site personnel.

· Maintains confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

· Adheres to all safety and company rules and regulations.

· Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the Project Engineer from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
