JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for coordinating operations activities, tools, equipment and manpower planning

  1. Performs staking of the new project with NOA.

  2. Creates KII BOM based on the staking.

  3. Prepares weekly workplan.

  4. Monitors daily project progress from foreman according to plan.

  5. Reports weekly project progress, based on weekly workplan during project coordination meeting.

  6. Evaluates workplan and creates another workplan for the following week.

  7. Performs "ASBUILT" for the finish and percentage of the progressive project output.

  8. Receives unused materials and signs its transmittal.

  9. Returns unused materials to KII warehouse with transmittal for inventory purposes.

  10. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Theoretical and Thorough knowledge on various areas of Accounting.

· Good interpersonal skills

· Good People-handling skill

· Can communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

· Ability to prepare project plans and programs & implement moderately complex projects.

· Computer-literate

· Ability to collect, analyze and interpret statistical data.

Education and Experience

· Graduate of Electrical Engineering Course

· With at least two (2) years' experience in the same field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
