The Network Engineer supports the company's IT infrastructure by assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software. This role provides first-line technical support to employees, resolves common IT issues, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations of technology resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Install and update operating systems, software, and applications
  • Monitor and maintain local networks, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Support data backup, recovery, and security procedures
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members on IT improvement projects
  • Provide on-site and remote user support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
  • Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and operating systems
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite in our Head Office at Paranaque
