Key Responsibilities:

· Design and configure LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud-based network solutions for new and ongoing projects.

· Implement and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other networking hardware and software.

· Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support project planning, deployment, and troubleshooting.

· Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, security, and reliability.

· Conduct network assessments and provide recommendations for improvement or optimization.

· Support hardware and software integration, particularly in IT and telecom infrastructure rollouts.

· Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and change logs.

· Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and resolution of network issues.

· Assist with risk identification and contribute to network-related contingency planning.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project-specific security requirements.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

· 3–5 years of experience in network engineering, particularly within IT infrastructure or telecommunications projects.

· Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).

· Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade networking equipment.

· Knowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark).

· Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

· Understanding of cybersecurity principles and firewall configurations.

· Ability to support cross-functional teams in complex technical environments.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills.

· Perform other tasks assigned by Immediate Supervisor and Department Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
