About the Role:

MeetYourVA is looking for a highly experienced Senior GHL Tech VA to join our team. The ideal candidate is a GoHighLevel expert with a strong technical background in building automations, workflows, funnels, and AI agent setups. You'll play a key role in supporting multiple brands by creating, maintaining, and optimizing GHL systems to ensure smooth operations and reliable automation performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage funnels, automations, and workflows in GoHighLevel for multiple companies.
  • Set up AI agents within GHL, including training, automation integration, and testing.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and testing of GHL systems to ensure flawless functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow performance and lead tracking.
  • Maintain GHL organization and project updates via Basecamp.
  • Implement automation integrations using Zapier (nice to have).

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a GHL Technical VA or Specialist.
  • Proven expertise in creating and managing funnels, workflows, email campaigns, and AI agents inside GHL.
  • Experience setting up the AI Agent feature of GHL (required).
  • Proficient in Basecamp for project coordination.
  • Zapier experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills — proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work on time with minimal supervision.

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week
