
HR Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Assistant to support the HR team in managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping, and maintaining HRIS data integrity. This role is vital in ensuring that employees are paid correctly, benefits are properly administered, and employee data is secure and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll inputs (e.g., overtime, deductions, leaves).
- Support the administration of employee benefits (e.g., government-mandated benefits, HMO, insurance).
- Facilitate requests and processing of employee loans, reimbursements, and other pay-related concerns.
- Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) for employee benefits and compliance.
Timekeeping
- Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, and leaves using the timekeeping system.
- Validate and consolidate attendance and leave balances.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of timekeeping reports for payroll processing.
HRIS
- Encode and maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS database.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of employee movements (e.g., transfers, promotions, terminations).
- Generate HR reports and analytics as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits or timekeeping.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll/timekeeping software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive employee information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
