About the role
As an HR Assistant at OLIVE CO. INC.', you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department. This full-time position is based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and will involve a diverse range of administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Handling employee inquiries and providing first-line support
- Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
- Maintaining and updating HR records and databases
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or HR assistant, ideally in the Administration & Office Support industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
