The Training Specialist will act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand by driving organizational objectives and performance through the execution of learning programs. Responsible for seamless facilitation and delivery of both Nespresso global and localized training programs. This position actively builds capabilities and knowledge for the commercial team by developing and deploying functional training. Monitor and measure that client-facing teams deliver the highest possible customer satisfaction through every interaction, upholding the premium image and positioning of Nespresso in the Philippines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Development & Deployment

  • Contribute to and facilitate functional training working in close collaboration with AGP L&D trainer and Corporate Training Head
  • Coordinate, deliver, and facilitate both global corporate standard modules and local training based on the established training plans (new hires, service & sales, procedures, and functional/product training).
  • Provide continuous direct training thru a different range of training methods: face-to-face formal learning, virtual platform, and blended learning experience
  • Deliver and develop an effective Induction program for all new employees
  • Act as the primary liaison for client-facing teams for product inquiries, training, and coaching needs

Administrative Role

  • Conduct regular assessment (verbal and written/ digital and face to face) and develop effective questionnaires/surveys to measure the learning effectiveness of participants
  • Provide training materials, handouts (for in-house courses), and requisite relevant training assets (e.g. coffee samples, machine demo, accessories for tasting)
  • Ensure real-time document updates across all databases and/or communication platforms, notify participants if there are any changes in planned training schedules

Planning and Organization

  • Update and track Training Database Records in a timely manner - ensure all training attendance, post-training surveys, and training assessments acquired after every training session are recorded accurately and uploaded in the database
  • Spot check learning progress and notify key stakeholders and participants due for refresher or for missed training

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Development Studies, or related courses.
  • At least 1-year relevant work experience (Training or Human Resources)
  • Experience designing and executing core training programs
  • Competent in Microsoft Office functions e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), virtual presentation skills, highly-organized and systematic
  • Knowledge of the different coffee products, machines, and accessories of Nespresso is an advantage
  • Must be amenable to travel to the different branches of Nespresso Philippines

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
