Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Human Resources Training Officer is responsible for coordinating the training/briefing function(s) including maintaining performance against the Annual Training Schedule. This role has a specific focus on ensuring scheduling developing and delivering training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Module development for trainings based on the approved training and development plan.
  • Facilitate or conduct of the approved training program.
  • Handle the administrative and logistic function of all the training programs
  • Create a calendar of employee activities that will generate employee engagement

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course
  • With at least two (2) solid years of work experience in Human resources in the areas of Training and Development.
  • Must be a team player, highly flexible, highly oriented, and willing to work in a dynamic organization.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills is required
  • Attention to details, reliable, organized worker and must possess a high level of accountability
