As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective IT service providers looking to understand the value of partnering with us. You'll nurture leads, engage with MSP owners, educate prospects, and ensure every inquiry receives a world-class experience.
This is a role for someone who loves conversations, learning, research, and helping businesses grow.
What You Will Do
- Engage inbound prospects and discover their needs to qualify them for the sales team
- Review and analyze lead background, online profiles, past conversations, and survey responses
- Conduct short discovery calls to understand their business and establish rapport
- Educate prospects about Benchmark 365's services, benefits, and pricing
- Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers to Sales and Onboarding
- Provide insights to Sales & Marketing based on prospect questions and market behavior
- Help build brand visibility through calls, emails, groups, industry communities & events
- Support information sessions, webinars, and learning events for prospects
- Routinely nurture past, present, and future prospects to build strong channel relationships
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in business coordination, customer success, lead generation, or sales support
- Excellent English written & verbal communication
- Strong relationship-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Highly organized with excellent CRM note-taking and research ability
- Comfortable speaking with international business owners and IT leaders
- Resourceful, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask across calls, emails, and follow-ups smoothly
- Willing to work flexible hours to engage with global regions
MSP or IT services exposure is an advantage but NOT required — we provide training.
