Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working on-site in Mandaluyong City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Help maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Provide administrative support in HR projects and daily operations.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and compliance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
  • Must have access to their own computer or laptop.
