We are seeking a tech-savvy lead generation specialist (email marketing) with at least 2-3 years' proven experience to drive growth for an Australian accounting and professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities

Your main focus areas will be Lead Generation and Sales Support.

  1. Lead Generation & Email:

  2. Research and compile prospect data (email/phone) for targeted outreach.

  3. Develop and execute email campaigns using platforms like Apollo and Instantly.
  4. Manage contacts and campaign follow-ups within the CRM.

  5. Digital Presence & Content:

  6. Manage and grow professional social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook).

  7. Create and curate content relevant to accounting and business insights.
  8. Use AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign performance.

  9. Inbound Handling & Sales Support:

  10. Handle and qualify inbound inquiries from digital channels.

  11. Support business development efforts.
  12. Track all lead status and pipeline activity in the CRM.

  13. CRM & Data Management:

  14. Maintain accurate client data and interaction records in CRM.

  15. Integrate or automate CRM workflows.

  16. Analysis:

  17. Track competitor activity and market trends.

  18. Use AI-based analytics to prepare actionable strategy reports.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, sales support, or lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms (especially HubSpot).
  • Strong knowledge of digital automation tools.
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., content generators, analytics).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or lead generation is required.
  • Experience with multiple AI platforms including content generators and analytics tools is essential.
