Lead Generation Specialist

Conduct daily prospect research using Sales Navigator filters (job titles, locations, industries, company size)
Send personalized connection requests to qualified prospects (target: 15-25 per day)
Create and maintain targeted prospect lists based on specific criteria provided by management
Monitor and respond to connection acceptances and initial messages
Track outreach metrics including connection rate, response rate, and engagement
Lead Research & List Building
Research and identify high-quality prospects matching our ideal customer profile
Build segmented prospect lists based on:
Job titles and seniority levels
Geographic locations
Industry verticals
Company size and growth indicators
Maintain organized spreadsheets/CRM records of all prospects and outreach activities
Provide weekly reports on list growth and prospect pipeline
Outreach Campaign Support
Craft personalized connection request messages (300 characters max)
Follow established messaging templates while customizing for each prospect
A/B test different messaging approaches and report on performance
Schedule and manage follow-up sequences
Flag high-priority prospects for direct sales team engagement
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain detailed tracking of all Sales Navigator activities
Update CRM with new leads and interaction notes
Provide daily/weekly activity reports to management
Recommend improvements to targeting criteria and messaging based on results
Keep prospect lists current and remove unqualified leads
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (minimum 6 months)
Strong written English communication skills for personalized outreach
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for list management
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in B2B lead generation or sales support
Understanding of sales prospecting best practices
Familiarity with LinkedIn's terms of service and acceptable use policies
Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
Knowledge of sales outreach sequences and cadences
