We are seeking a results-driven Partnership Department Assistant with a strong network of enterprise-level contacts, ideally within the entertainment, influencer, or digital content industries. This role will play a critical part in expanding our live streaming platform by identifying, developing, and securing high-impact strategic partnerships to drive user growth, monetization, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential business partners including MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), media agencies, and event organizers aligned with the livestreaming ecosystem.
  • Leverage existing corporate relationships and market insights to secure strategic partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations and close partnership deals in alignment with the company's growth and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and content) to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and uncover new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular business development updates, reports, and performance analyses for management.

Requirements:

  • Language: Must be fluent in Chinese and Tagalog (written and verbal).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role within the livestreaming, entertainment, or digital media industries.
  • Strong industry network, particularly with major brands, advertising agencies, event organizers, and corporate entities.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and deliver measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of live streaming trends, influencer marketing, and user engagement strategies.
