We are in need of 3 Operations Assistants, preferably Mandarin-speaking, to support our operations in their day-to-day activities.
Operations Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
Hiring Requirements
Qualifications:
Languages: Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, Filipino (Tagalog), and English.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in online business operations or e-commerce/platform management is a must.
Job Skills:
Proficient in software skills (document management summary & Excel function design, Jira, Lark, Sigman).
Experienced in data organization, reporting, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) process design.
Cognitive Skills:
Basic understanding of online marketing/event execution (e.g., campaigns, promotions, etc.).
Excellent cross-departmental coordination and project collaboration skills.
