Work from Home, Philippines The NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute Full time

Job description:

We have 2 full-time nursing positions to work remotely from your home office supporting clinicians working at the NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute (NCBI) which is located in the United States and operates in approximately 13 states. Your primary duty is to ensure that all clinician orders are being implemented with 100% compliance. Secondary duties include educating and offering general support to patients and their family members about the diagnostic and treatment services offered at the NCBI and supporting other medical administrative representatives.Medical record responsibilities include processing, requesting, faxing, mailing, printing and archiving all medical records.

Qualifications

A registered Nurse, with at least 3 years of experience in nursing and/or medical administration. You must be fluent in American English and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Pleasant interpersonal skills also are a must. You must have a record of being able to work effectively within a team environment, execute on tasks in an efficient and timely manner, have experienced and be skilled with at least one medical practice management software program and be familiar with cloud based programs such as Google drive, email and calendar as well as Microsoft office products.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive base salary with quarterly cash bonuses and other incentives and paid holidays and healthcare benefits for full-time employees with some benefits also available for part-time employees. Salary is based on education/degree, years of clinical experience and interpersonal and cognitive skills.

About the NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute (NCBI)

The NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute specializes in diagnosing and treating cognitive, neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioral disorders in pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. We have 5 clinical programs/centers that are represented in each of our 4 outpatient clinics in New Jersey and we operate in 12 other states across the US.

NCBI specializes in the following areas:

1) The Neurodevelopmental Diagnostics and Treatment Center;

2) The Center for Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury;

3) The Mind-Body Neuropsychiatric and Mental Health Disorders Center:

4) The Center for Cognitive and Memory Disorders from Neurodegenerative Diseases and;

5) The Sleep Study and Treatment Center

NCBI clinics are located in Morris, Somerset and Essex County NJ. We also have a very active clinical research division where we conduct early-late drug development, functional brain mapping and neuromodulation research.
