We are seeking a reliable and experienced Finance Executive (Payroll Agent) to manage end-to-end US payroll operations for our healthcare workforce. This outsourced role is critical to ensuring that our caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Track and follow up on timesheet submissions to ensure all hours are received before payroll deadlines, including contacting staff for missing or incomplete entries.
- Prepare and review all required information ahead of payroll processing to ensure smooth, on-time pay runs.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for full-time, part-time, and per diem staff.
- Verify timesheets and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data.
- Calculate wages, overtime, holiday pay, and reimbursements (e.g., mileage).
- Manage payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, ACA, etc.).
- Generate payroll reports for audits, tax filings, and internal reviews.
- Support client onboarding by verifying that nursing and respite care hours are properly set up and pre-authorized.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US payroll processing, preferably within healthcare or home health settings.
- Strong proficiency in ADP payroll systems (required).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
- Familiarity with other payroll software (e.g., Paychex, Viventium, HHAeXchange) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, wage compliance, and healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
