Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities from start to completion
  • Review project drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports and track work schedule
  • Manage in project budgets, cost tracking and material procurement
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure proper execution of works as per approved plans.
  • Report project status, risks and issues to the Project Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management or site engineering (restaurants, retail stores, kiosks)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and standards
  • Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
