The Assistant Buyer supports the Owner in purchasing, and managing merchandise for the different products and online shops owned by the company.

This role involves coordinating with partner-suppliers, managing inventory levels, and assisting in the preparation of reports.

The Assistant Buyer ensures smooth execution of the buying process to avoid stock outs, maintain a stable sales growth, and deliver a compelling product assortment aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode daily deliveries, identify and discrepancies from delivery receipt vs. actual delivery count.
  • Encode sales data every other day and compare and suspicious activity in terms of actual sales of the branch vs what they ordered.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding order quantities and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders.
  • Support the Owner in preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely follow-up with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related buying support role.
  • Fresh graduates with (exceptional academic background) are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for retail trends and customer-focused buying.

Work Arrangement

  • Monday to Saturday (Work from Home)
  • 9am to 6pm (1hr lunch break)
  • Bi-monthly alignment meeting at SAN MATEO, RIZAL.
