Dispositions Manager

We're looking for a Dispositions Manager (or someone with strong land sales and marketing experience) who can take ownership of listing, marketing, and managing our land sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling property listings — including MLS-style descriptions, layouts, and photo coordination.
  • Post and manage listings across Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, , and other real estate platforms.
  • Update the company's Facebook business page with new property listings and sold announcements.
  • Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and real estate agents throughout the selling process.
  • Assist with seller finance deals — calculate terms, communicate offers, and track payments.
  • Conduct basic title research and verify property information.
  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries via phone, email, and Facebook Messenger.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports on property status and active listings.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate dispositions, sales, or land marketing (U.S. market preferred).
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, , Facebook Marketplace).
  • Strong written communication skills for creating attractive listings.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
  • Experience coordinating with title companies and agents.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings efficiently.
  • Experience with seller financing or basic property analysis is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php300.00 per hour
