  2. Review request for Credits and approve based on existing credit policies.

  3. Assist in reviewing and updating the company's credit policies to ensure they align with

  2. Monitor outstanding balances of customers to ensure timely payments.

  3. Ensure all credit transactions are within company policies and procedures

  4. Collaborate with the team to address overdue payments or disputes.

  5. Work closely with the evaluation team to manage and minimize credit risk.

  6. Develop strategies for delinquent customers and resolve customer concerns related to

credit terms, payments, or billing.

  1. Assist in managing and supervising the credit department staff.

  2. Provide training and guidance on credit policies and procedures

  3. Ensure the team is meeting performance standards and handling credit accounts

efficiently.

  1. Prepare regular reports on credit activities and outstanding balances.

  2. Provide reports to Credit Manager on credit and collection performance
