What You'll Do:

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business and system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and designers to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation to support product design and implementation.
  • Support project planning by helping define scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and feedback to provide insights and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in testing by reviewing test cases, validating results, and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst

(ideally in tech, SaaS, or start-up environments).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge or interest in IoT or SaaS products is a big plus.
