  • Formulate Sales Programs & Promos for Launching Events
  • Implement Short-Term & Long-Term Tactical Activities
  • Evaluate & Monitor Running Sales Programs/Promos
  • Organize, Execute & Oversee Affinity Group deployment at the Realty level Coordinate for Agent Accreditation & Sales Training with Realty Accounts

Showcase Superior Customer Service

  • Create a Culture of Superior customer service for the Brokers Network Readily Assist/Address Account concerns and proposals
  • Adopt an open communication & feedback policy for process improvement

Job Specification

  • Graduate of any Business Course or Real Estate Management
  • With 1 to 3 years work experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales Background, Insurance or Direct Selling experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, Analytical & Strategic Thinking skills, Familiarity in Sales Metrics & Performance monitoring controls
