Part-Time Loan Processing Officer (Approx. 20 Hours per Week)

Remote / Philippines-based

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processing Officer to support our mortgage operations team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility (around 20 hours per week) and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a professional, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter loan and client data into multiple systems.
  • Use loan calculators to verify figures and ensure correct loan structures.
  • Obtain and verify all required documentation, ensuring files are securely stored and compliant.
  • Coordinate with brokers and team members to meet submission and approval deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all client interactions.

Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience using Infynity (Finsure) software.
  • Proficiency with AOL and CRM systems for loan management.
  • Familiarity with Quickli and related mortgage processing tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
