Security & Quality Assurance Officer (Experienced Detachment Commander)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts random safety and security inspection of all buildings and reports any findings seen during inspection (e.g. fit-out, tenant renovation etc.).
  • Inspects buildings and report any observed unsafe, defective or unusual manifestation.
  • Conducts actual inspection or Monitors surveillance footage.
  • Serves as first responder to any emergencies (e.g., equipment malfunction, medical incident, commotion, etc.).
  • Assists in apprehending offenders, when needed and coordinating with law enforcement authority.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time or as prescribed by approved policy or guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminology
  • Licensed Criminologist
  • Experienced in Industrial security, disaster risk and security regulation.
  • At least five (5) years as a Detachment Commander
