The Quality Assurance Officer ensures that the organization's platforms meet high standards of performance, security, usability, and compliance. The role covers testing, QA process implementation, and cross-team collaboration to enhance user experience and reduce risks from system failures and vulnerabilities.

  • Lead and enhance quality assurance processes across business platforms
  • Conduct manual and automated testing (functional, performance, regression, security)
  • Document, track, and resolve defects, bugs, and system issues before deployment
  • Analyze platform performance and recommend improvements for user experience and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies; perform risk assessments
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk management, and development teams to address vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures
  • Provide coaching, participate in trainings/meetings, and recommend process improvements to support business goals

Qualifications

  • Graduate of IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business-related courses
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in quality assurance, testing, and IT process improvement
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Principles and Scrum/Agile Methodologies
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks is an advantage
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
