Position OverviewAs Inbound Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of up to five inbound sales representatives responsible for handling inquiries, managing quotes, and converting reservation requests into long-term clients. Your goal? Elevate our inbound operations from reactive order-taking to a high-performing, consultative sales force.
You'll coach your team, close high-stakes deals yourself, oversee quote follow-ups and RFP responses, and ensure every interaction upholds the white-glove standards our clients expect. This role is part strategist, part closer, part mentor—and absolutely essential to our growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop a team of 3–5 inbound sales reps. Foster a high-performance culture focused on consultative selling, professionalism, and revenue generation.

Sales Performance: Manage and monitor individual and team sales pipelines. Lead by example by handling high-value inquiries, closing sales, and personally engaging with VIP clients as needed.

Sales Process Optimization: Oversee and improve the full lifecycle of inbound sales—from first inquiry to final confirmation—ensuring high conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Quote Management & Follow-Up: Ensure timely and persuasive follow-ups on all quotes. Help the team anticipate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

RFP & Proposal Handling: Respond to incoming RFPs with professionalism and strategic insight, aligning offerings with client expectations and brand standards.

Client Relationship Management: Ensure all client interactions—whether with C-level teams, executive assistants, procurement departments, or individual clients—are handled with polish and care.

Reporting & Analytics: Track team performance, sales metrics, and pipeline health. Report regularly to senior leadership and provide insight to guide business strategy.

An experienced sales leader with a background in inbound sales, customer experience, or reservations—ideally within luxury services, hospitality, or transportation.

A coach and a closer: equally comfortable leading a team and rolling up your sleeves to secure a deal.

Detail-oriented, professional, and calm under pressure—especially when working with high-stakes clients or urgent timelines.

A strategic thinker who can identify and implement improvements in process, team structure, and sales approach.

3–7 years in sales, account management, or sales leadership.

Experience managing inbound sales or reservations teams in a service-driven environment.

Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
