
Business Development Manager

- Minimum of 5-year(s) experiences in sales and marketing.(Facilites Background is must)
- Knowledgeable in Integrated Facilities Management.
- Proficient in Oral and Written English communication.
- Required Skill(s): Selling and Negotiation skills, technical capacity, client focus, communication proficiency, presentation skills, financial management.
- Can work in minimal supervision.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure harmonious business relationship with new established and existing clients.
- Develop potential clients and close sales.Conduct product presentations to demonstrate how it will meet client need
- Create price quotation, strategic proposal, contract according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Purchasing, HR and Finance department regarding the requirements and approval of the proposals.
- Weekly update of Salesforce and prepare monthly sales report.
- Participate in all scheduled sales team meeting/conference and trainings.
- Create marketing activities and attend company organized events to promote Atalian Services
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Facilities, Manufacturing
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
