Qualifications:

  • Must possess a TESDA National Certificate II in Heavy Equipment Operation (Crawler Crane)
  • At least 3 years of experience in drilling operations or related field
  • Physically fit and willing to be assigned at project sites
  • Strong understanding of equipment safety and maintenance procedures

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate the drilling rig and perform soil or rock extraction at the assigned project site
  • Remove and collect samples during drilling to determine the nature of the subsurface strata
  • Observe pressure gauges and adjust throttles and levers to control the speed of the rotary machine
  • Maintain and adjust the rig and related equipment to ensure optimal performance during operations
  • Monitor drilling progress and select or replace drill bits according to ground conditions
  • Coordinate and direct rig crew during drilling and related activities such as rig setup, casing installation, and slurry pumping (if required)
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company operational standards.
