Who we are:

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad.

Safety Officers
committed to maintaining a safe work environment. You will play a critical role in implementing EHS policies and procedures across our project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and ensuring our project are delivered safely.

About the Role:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulations and company standards, maintaining accurate records and reports for management and DOLE.
  • Monitor and track safety metrics on site, conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
  • Provide statistical analysis of incidents to support accident reduction and continuous improvement of workplace safety.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with Project Managers, Engineers, site staff, clients, workers, and subcontractors on safety protocols.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
  • Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, orientations, and training sessions for employees and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering background is an advantage) with at least 3 years' experience as a Safety Officer in construction or related industry.
  • Completed COSH training; OSHP certification and advanced safety training are a plus.
  • Experienced in supervising construction site safety, ensuring compliance, and various type of workforce effectively.
  • Assertive, ability to communicate at different levels, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO regulations, RA 11058, DO 252-25, and workplace safety standards.
  • Preferred/Advantageous Training & Certifications: Loss Control Management (LCM), HIRAC, First Aid & Emergency Preparedness, Scaffolding, Lifting & Rigging, Confined Space Safety.
