We're looking for an Installation Consultant who will play a key role in delivering quality system installations across the Asian region. You'll be responsible for ensuring each project meets our commercial timelines, efficiency goals, and client expectations.

You'll provide hands-on system setup, customer training, and post-Go-Live support—making sure every installation is smooth, transparent, and impactful.

What You'll Do

Training Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and engaging training to customers.
  • Conduct pre-Go-Live and post-Go-Live sessions to ensure users are confident and capable.
  • Maintain and update training materials.
  • Coordinate training logistics and obtain user sign-offs.

System Installation Responsibilities

  • Configure and install software and hardware as required.
  • Conduct pre-installation meetings and obtain approvals.
  • Coordinate data preparation and ensure systems are ready for Go-Live.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams for smooth delivery.

Other Key Duties

  • Ensure quality, on-time deployment of all projects.
  • Maintain documentation and report project progress.
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively to the Delivery Manager or PMO.
  • Support pilot testing and customer support activities as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of automotive business processes and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Previous experience in the automotive operations or software implementation or project management is highly desirable.
  • Accounting knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally, as required.
