What You'll Do

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you'll be at the heart of every customer success story — delivering seamless installations of our
Dealer Management System (DMS)
and
Value-Added Solutions (VAS)
across the Asia region.

Your day-to-day will include:

Running engaging customer trainings (onsite & remote)

Configuring systems to fit business needs

Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth Go-Lives

Providing hands-on support pre- and post-installation

Providing assistance to our Customer Services team when required

Ensuring every project meets Pentana's standards for quality and efficiency

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong knowledge of
automotive business processes
,
Accounting
, and/or
DMS applications

Enjoys solving problems and making complex systems simple for others

Thrives in customer-facing roles and can handle multiple projects at once

Communicates confidently and works well in collaborative, cross-functional teams

Is open to travel (local and international) and flexible with work hours when needed

A background in automotive or software implementation is a big plus
