Job Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Auditor. The Warehouse Auditor will be responsible for conducting monthly reviews of our warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cleanliness. Beyond verification, we expect the auditor to provide suggestions for process improvements that will help strengthen efficiency and reduce errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check Box Labels Accuracy – verify correctness of all item labels.
  • Inventory Accuracy Checking – reconcile physical counts with system records.
  • Inventory Location Checking – ensure items are stored in the correct bin/rack locations.
  • Cleanliness Checking – inspect and rate warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
  • Reporting & Recommendations – prepare a Monthly Audit Report highlighting discrepancies and suggest actionable improvements for warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or auditing.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and objectively.
  • Familiarity with basic reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive company data.
