About the role

As a Finance Associate (Warehouse Accountant) at DESCORP INC.', you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of our warehouse operations. Based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will involve a range of accounting responsibilities to support the overall financial management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Sales Order processing and monitoring
  • Coordination with Warehouse Management Team - Inventory for the Availability of Stocks
  • Generation and Endorsement of Pick List
  • Checks and endorses all picked items for packing and delivery
  • Monitoring of all deliveries to match with all the SO for the day
  • Other ordering and fulfillment-related tasks
  • Monitors inventory levels
  • Participates in the inventory count as auditor
  • Checks and endorses Inventory inbound report and transfer of inventories (WHSE-ECOMM, WHSE-STORES, ETC.)
  • Act as an invoicing reliever
  • Checking of Fulfillment Monitoring of Ecomm vs Platform Orders and Released Items (SG)
  • Reports on Wrong Picking Incidents (short-term for analysis purposes)
  • Ad Hoc Reports

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of Accounting, Internal Audit, Business Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and Mathematics
  • With at least 2 meaningful years of working experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Trading and Manufacturing of Consumer Goods, Wholesale and Retail Industries, Medical and laboratory distributions is a plus.
  • Experience with Warehouse, Inventory, and Industrial Planning is a plus
  • Willing to work in a warehouse set-up in Parañaque
