Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our IT solutions, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential leads via phone calls, following provided scripts and guidelines.
  • Introduce Pixelcare Consulting's products and services (ERP, e-invoicing, IT solutions).
  • Understand customer needs and explain how our solutions can address their challenges.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales/consulting team.
  • Maintain and update the leads database.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates on call activity and lead progress.
  • Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident phone manner.
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions or willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
