What You'll Be Doing

This is a hybrid role—part admin, part digital marketing, with a dash of tech support. You'll help keep the team running smoothly and support our online marketing efforts.

Admin Tasks:

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and team communication
  • Keep files and systems organized (both digital and physical)
  • Help with invoices, reports, and basic data entry
  • Support day-to-day operations and internal coordination

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Help write or edit marketing content: blogs, landing pages, or captions
  • Update website content
  • Track engagement metrics (social media, website, email) and compile reports
  • Research trends and suggest ideas to improve content and strategy

Light IT Support:

  • Basic troubleshooting (software, login issues, etc.)
  • Set up new accounts and help with onboarding
  • Help create internal guides for tools or systems

What We're Looking For

  • IT graduate is a must
  • 1 year experience in admin, marketing, or a similar hybrid role, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Solid writing and editing skills for web and social media
  • Comfortable using platforms like:

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Email marketing tools
  • Social media tools

· A good eye for content, grammar, and branding

  • Organized, proactive, and great at juggling multiple tasks
  • Tech-friendly

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience running Facebook or Instagram Ads
  • Knowledge of SEO basics or tools like Google Analytics / Search Console
  • Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Video editing or content repurposing skills (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
