JOB SUMMARY:

Market Research


• Track key competitive announcements within the CX and BPO industries to identify emerging trends, strategic shifts, and market dynamics.


• Develop reports analyzing key players and developments across the CX, BPO, and other relevant industries, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making and positioning.

Content Marketing


• Craft compelling key messages aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.


• Co-manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery across channels.


• Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and lead generation from digital channels including social media, website, email marketing, and other campaign funnels.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content performance and audience targeting.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:


• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course in Journalism, Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or any relevant course


• Must have at least 2 years of experience in corporate/ marketing/communications/branding in a managerial capacity


• Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills


• Must be able to work with both internal and external clients from various cultures


• Must have a good grasp of communication programs, design process, and media technologies and trends
