SUMMARY

The
Marketing Manager
is responsible for leading the Marketing Department in developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive revenue growth, achieve TNOG targets, and expand the customer base. The role oversees the implementation of marketing plans, spearheads promotional campaigns, and ensures that creative and PR initiatives align with business objectives. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze competition while identifying opportunities to position the brand effectively in the market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and oversees the execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Leads the conceptualization and approval of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
  • Manages PR and advertising initiatives, including media relations, press conferences, and corporate events.
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
  • Provides guidance and feedback to Marketing Officers and Multimedia Artists to ensure quality outputs.
  • Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies.
  • Ensures consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Prepares and presents performance reports and marketing insights to senior management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related course.
  2. With 
    3–5 years of proven managerial experience in Marketing
     (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
  3. Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficient in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and creative applications (basic design skills are a plus).
  7. Can start immediately
